Love the bright atmosphere in the daytime with natural light coming in through the mall from glass ceilings . Great variety of stores and places to eat. Something for everybody. Carousel located in the food court is beautiful and unique with a 2 tier design, train ride for kids on lower level is fun too! Nordstrom Cafe is a nice alternative for a healthy bite to eat if you don't want the usual food court affair.
It's like any other mall. The same stores, same restaurants and same atmosphere. A mall is a mall is a mall. Do not expect an earth moving experience. Parking is difficult. It is a busy place. Lots of available space for rent and limited selections in most stores compared to an online shopping experience. Most stores have poorly trained staff that have difficulty answering simple questions about products sold on their shelves or racks.
Great place to pamper and spoil for a Birthday! Build a bear, some shopping at amazing stores, and then a late lunch at Cheescake factory made this a fun (and low key) way to spend a day with family and friends while getting personal and gift shopping in.
Great stores, great products, kid friendly, everything here is perfect. Everyone there is nice. They really do think about the customers because they have upgraded their maps so everything is now easier to find and they are all throughout the store. They even have an app if you need more help! Honestly one of the best malls I've ever been to!
I hate the typical mall. You know why? Because it's the same styles recycled over and over again just at different price points all throughout the mall. That's what this is. I avoid this mall at all cause. There is absolutely nothing special in this mall. Not even the Apple Store which is the only reason I may come here. The food court is basic and the fashion is basic. The prices are ridiculous and the parking is the worst always!!!! Even the department stores options: Boring. The traffic in and out is not great and there's cameras up at all entrances and exits that take pictures for the PD. Like really? They say it's for our security but I'm not buying it. The police (PD) also are always setting up their speed/registration/seatbelt traps all the time. I've never had a issue but it's almost like the PD work at the Mall!!! It messes up traffic even more.
